Film from a 40 knot run in MTB T46. The motor torpedo boat T46 was built in 1957 at Kockums and was taken out of active service in 1975. In the late 1980s, the boat was put into operation by a number of enthusiasts, led by H.M.K Carl XVI Gustaf.
Today, T46 is part of the Veteran Flotilla, owned by SMTM (The State's Maritime and Transport History Museums) and run by the non-profit association T 46 Vänner.
The home port is Gålö base, where the motor torpedo boats were based in their glory days. On Gålö there are also other ships in the Stockholm section of the Veteran flotilla.
